my first shot

So this is one of first photos I ever shot on slide film. It was early morning in Nags Head, NC and I borrowed my boss’ Nikon F3. He forbade me from taking it on to the beach, so I had to find other things to shoot.

We I was editing my film later, he leaned over my shoulder and picked this one out as the best from the roll. I didn’t know much then, but I see now why he liked it.
