
People back East always wondered why we moved out to Oregon. Here’s one fine example.
This is Smith Rock State Park. A world famous rock climbing area and a jaw dropping site just 20 miles north of Bend on Highway 97. What’s really cool about this shot is that 24 hours earlier, we were snowboarding on top of Mt. Bachelor which has 180 inch base right now. You can literally go from Bachelor to Smith Rock in less the 2 hours drive time. Oregon is awesome.
