From our trip last week to Bend, OR. We had great weather for most of our trip, but this little outing to Lava Cast Forest brought us some periodic showers. We kept putting our cameras away as the sprinkles turned to heavy drops. It’s hard to tell at this image size, but there are streaks of rain drops showing up in the clouds. It’s amazing how much shadow an highlight detail capture in a single RAW file. Seriously, who needs HDR with these modern sensors.
