Breaking Tradition – Portland Monthly Feature

Some days, you just really feel like you nailed it. I like those days. This shoot I did for the August issue of Portland Monthly came out fantastic. I certainly can’t take all the credit. Homeowner/Architect Risa Boyer Leritz and her husband did an amazing job remodeling this classic tudor into a bright and lively modern space. The house felt good with lots of natural light and open rooms. They also put a lot of thought into the interior design which really makes any architecture project something special. It was a joy to photograph and this opening spread is my favorite of the year so far. Special thanks to Michael Novak for the art direction and layout. Here are the rest of the tearsheets with the shots on their own as well.
