Meet Odin

Odin Brooks Barbour

Dear Clients, Friends, Family, and Wanderers of the Internet,

I couldn’t be happier to introduce our firstborn son, Odin Brooks Barbour. Born on Saturday December 15th, 2012 at 8:233pm in Portland, OR. He entered this world with a mighty yell and was absolutely perfect. He weighed 8lbs 8oz and measured 20.5 inches long. Many people have told me that the birth of your child is a special time. I would call that the understatement of my lifetime. Watching this little person emerge from my wife’s belly after 41 and a half weeks of pregnancy was the most amazing experience of my life. I could not believe my eyes when I saw my son there and then to hold him for the first time… it was just an incredible feeling of pure love and joy. I’ll never forget it.

I will be taking a slightly longer paternity leave since Odin came to us a bit late. I’ll be back to work on the 14th. Until then, Happy New Year and may 2013 be bright, prosperous, and wondrous to all of you and yours.

All the best,

Lincoln and the Barbour Family
