the cohen bridge

The Astoria-Megler Bridge has no official name. But I think it’s quite clear what it should be. I’m going to start a campaign to name it after the great Lawrence Cohen a.k.a. Chunk from the Goonies. It’s only fair considering his ground breaking role and the famous “Truffle Shuffle”

truffle shuffle

To make up for missing a day, I present Photo Trivia Contest #3! What is the name of this famous sea stack AND what 80s adventure movie was it featured in? Good luck! First right answer gets a free custom archival print signed and dated of this shot or any other that you like.

We hung out with our French friends last night. I quit smoking about 6 months ago, but every so often I get a little tempted. Probably always will.

Shot during a layover in Chicago. I thought these shots worked better together than by themselves.

I’m still working with the shots from my trip last week. So in the meantime, here’s a shot I had completely forgotten about. I thought it went well with yesterday’s post.
