not so bad

It’s times like these that I feel lucky for all I have. Everyday, I see this guy diligently combing through all the dumpsters looking for cans and bottles (which are worth $.05 a piece in Oregon). He’s probably my age. I just wonder how he got there.

    portland lunch spot

This place reminded me of the cafés I saw on my trip to France. The mood was very Portland though.

I've tried taking shots of pubs, restaurants, diners etc. too. I always considered them to be boring. Then I see other's attempts (like yours) and think:'Dammit… why the heck…???' Cool shot, like it!ReplyCancel

      big blue

So, I might be signing up with a new stock agency based out of Seattle. I have some stuff on Alamy but it’s hard to get noticed with they have 9.3 million images. The agency I’m talking with has more of a niche market and they’re well respected. It’s pretty exciting and I’ll keep you...

Fantastic Lincoln. I love rediscovering their music every few years. Still as exciting as it was way back whenever. . .ReplyCancel

First and foremost, fantastic image as always.

Forgot I was going to ask you about this image. Is this near Troutdale? If it is the place I'm thinking of, I've wanted to do a photo documentary of the alternate universe housed within. Grim indeed.ReplyCancel

Thanks! Yep, it's at that exit where everyone pulls off to get gas before going into the Gorge. Where gas is always $.30 cheaper and there's huge lines.ReplyCancel
