Architectural Lifestyle Photography & Motion for Prometheus Real Estate Group
Five years ago, Prometheus Real Estate Group came to us looking to elevate the photography of their high-end luxury apartments in the Bay Area of California. The 50+ chain of apartments are all unique and focused on the creature comforts that are meaningful to their residents.
Neighborhood spaces like pools, firepits, clubhouses, and fitness centers are their prime differentiating factors. They wanted to showcase these spaces in an architectural way with a natural use of people and props. It needed to feel real with a human touch.
With a medium-sized budget to work with, we partnered with Smith x Union productions to bring on a full-scale production that included talent, wardrobe, props, hair & makeup, digital tech, and professional lighting crew. Over a period of three years, we shot stills and motion of over 15 featured properties and amassed a large collection of work that’s been used in all their marketing channels. Our highlight video has been used on their homepage since 2017.
Prometheus has been more than thrilled with the results of these shoots. The work is featured prominently on their website and throughout their branding and marketing efforts. We are currently working with them on a 360VR project to capture all their properties for virtual tours.
